PET POLICY

• Maximum of 2 Pets per Home 
• 40 Pounds or Less Weight Limit 
• Breed Restrictions Apply 
• $300 Deposit Plus $300 Nonrefundable Fee per Pet 
• $35 Monthly Pet Rent 
• Pet Must Be Spayed/Neutered
